Refund Policy
Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days if you have not received your order, particularly for international shipments that may face customs issues. To process your return, please provide pictures of the problem along with a detailed description in your message. Use the subject line “return” when contacting us to initiate the process.
Reshipment policy
While we have a near 100% success rate for deliveries, there is a small chance of customs seizure, which is beyond our control. Approximately 99% of packages in the US and UK pass through customs without issues, but the remaining 1% may undergo more stringent checks and could be seized. If this occurs, we will reship your order at no additional cost.
If a shipment is not delivered due to an incorrect shipping address, we will only reship the order at full cost, as we do not receive such shipments back. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.
When is Reshipment Considered
We start evaluating the possibility of reshipping if the order has not been delivered within 30 days from the shipping date. This timeframe helps us determine whether a reshipment is necessary based on general delivery patterns.
