Welcome to The Physician and Sportsmedicine's manuscript submission page and thank you for your interest in publishing your work in the journal. Prior to submitting your manuscript, please review the required components listed below:

1. Cover letter
   • Authors are required to state that the manuscript is their own original work and has not been published or is not being considered for publication elsewhere.
   • Please note that there is a 5-author maximum. All authors (and e-mail addresses) should be stated in the cover letter.
   • Please see our author submission guidelines prior to submitting.
2. Figure files (jpg, tif, eps)
   • Additional fees are charged for color images.
3. Author release and financial disclosure form (Every coauthor must submit one)
4. Permissions for previously published material or patient consent for photographic images

The Physician and Sportsmedicine uses an online submission system where manuscripts are submitted through our Web site. Each of the required submission components should be uploaded and submitted together. Please fill out a separate author information page for each coauthor.
